Squarespace OAuth → Hotglue

Start the Squarespace authorization flow. After you approve access, this app exchanges the code for tokens and stores access_token and refresh_token in Hotglue tenant metadata. If the tenant has no Stripe customer yet, you are sent through a test Checkout subscription; afterward your customer id is saved to Hotglue and you are redirected to Hotglue Connect (server-side only).
